1. Booking & Confirmation

• All safari bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.

• A booking is confirmed once we receive written confirmation and the required deposit.

• Aydid Adventure reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if necessary.

2. Deposits & Payments

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your safari.

• Full payment is typically due 45–60 days before arrival.

• For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.

• Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Standard Cancellation Fees:

• 60+ days before travel: Deposit retained

• 30–59 days before travel: 50% of total cost

• 15–29 days before travel: 75% of total cost

• Less than 15 days before travel: 100% of total cost

Important Notes:

• Gorilla permits, flights, and certain luxury lodges are strictly non-refundable.

• Refunds are subject to supplier policies, which are beyond our control.

4. Changes by the Traveler

• Any requested itinerary changes after confirmation may incur additional fees.

• Changes are subject to availability and supplier conditions.

5. Changes by Aydid Adventure

While we strive to operate all safaris as planned, we reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions

• Wildlife movements

• Park regulations

• Safety concerns

• Lodge or flight availability

In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives of similar value whenever possible.

6. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for African safaris, covering:

• Medical emergencies

• Trip cancellation or interruption

• Travel delays

• Loss of baggage

• Emergency evacuation

Aydid Adventure is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

7. Passports, Visas & Vaccinations

Travelers are responsible for ensuring:

• A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from date of travel)

• Required visas

• Required vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever where applicable)

We are happy to provide guidance, but final responsibility lies with the traveler.

8. Health & Medical Conditions

Guests must inform us in advance of:

• Any medical conditions

• Mobility limitations

• Dietary requirements

This allows us to plan a safe and comfortable safari experience for you.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Aydid Adventure acts as a tour operator and booking agent for lodges, airlines, and activity providers.

We are not liable for:

• Injury, loss, or damage

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Weather conditions or natural events

• Political situations or force majeure

• Supplier failures beyond our control

Participation in safari activities is at your own risk.

10. Guest Conduct

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests:

• Follow your guide’s instructions at all times

• Respect wildlife and local communities

• Follow park rules and local laws

We reserve the right to remove any guest behaving dangerously or disrespectfully without refund.

11. Pricing & Surcharges

Safari prices may change due to:

• Government tax increases

• Park fee adjustments

• Currency fluctuations

Confirmed bookings are protected from price changes except for mandatory government-imposed increases.

12. Complaints & Claims

If an issue arises during your safari:

• Inform your guide or our office immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the safari ends.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of a deposit confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
